SHIPPING

We offer free shipping within the continental United States. Shoes of ANY type are $7.95 to ship.

Standard shipping orders take 2-3 business days to be processed and packaged before they are shipped out.

All UPS orders placed 12pm CST will ship out the same day. All orders placed after this time will ship out the following business day. UPS does not do Saturday delivery here at our shop. Next day air would be delivered the next business day and 2nd day air would be delivered within 2 business days.

We are NOT responsible for:
*Delays with UPS shipping
*Products that are lost or damaged in the mail. The US Postal Service or UPS will be responsible once we ship out packages.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the responsibly of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the correct shipping address. There is a very small-time gap to cancel/change your order or shipping address. RETURN POLICY

All returned items must still have the ORIGINAL TAGS on them. Shoe boxes must be encased in another box for shipping purposes. We cannot accept the returned shoe if you send them back with stickers and return labels on the actual shoe box. We also cannot accept a damaged shoe box.

Returned merchandise must be UNWORN and UNWASHED. Items that appear to have been worn, stained, smell of any kind of strong odor, etc. will not be accepted. If the item has been worn once, it will not qualify for a return.

Merchandise may be returned for ONLINE STORE CREDIT only within 14 days of delivery. Credit will be applied for the amount paid for the item.

When making a return, please include the original invoice and any notes you may want to include as to why it is being returned.

Please keep in mind that exact colors of any merchandise may vary due to camera lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer/phone devices. Patterns may vary too and these situations will not qualify as defects.

The costumer is responsible for ALL return shipping costs unless addressed otherwise.

Please allow 3-4 business days for us to receive your return and 5-7 business days to process your store credit.

If your store credit is approved, a notification will be emailed to the email that the customer has provided us with and applied to your account with us within 5-7 business days.

If you place an order and do not use your store credit, we cannot apply the credit afterward.

EXCHANGES

Due to our limited quantities and high demand of our products, we are unable to offer exchanges on any items. Returned items will be processed for STORE CREDIT ONLY. Credit must be used on future purchases only.

DEFECTS OR PROBLEMS WITH YOUR ORDER

If you received an item with any problem or defects, please contact our shop within 3 business days to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within 3 business days, then it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You MUST include a photo of the damaged items via email. We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or incorrect sizes.

FINAL SALES

These items are all FINAL sale and cannot be returned to our shop: Holiday Items, Accessories (Hats, Sunglasses, bags, Jewelry, and Scarves), Leggings, Sales items including clearance and items with discounts of 25% or more.

ORDERING INFORMATION

All orders CANNOT be changed or cancelled after checkout.

We will only accept one coupon code per order.
